About ePROVIDE™

The aim of Mapi Research Trust is to facilitate access to information to all stakeholders in the Patient-Centered Outcomes field. This has been done through two main activities: the creation of unique databases and the distribution of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) (cf. Glossary).

In order to maintain its position as leader in the dissemination of COA information to the scientific community, Mapi Research Trust launched its new project in March 2016: ePROVIDE™, an e-Commerce platform which is the unique entry point for all our services:

• Three databases on COAs: PROQOLID™, PROLABELS™ and PROINSIGHT™
• The information support services, PROVIDE™, which include our COA distribution services.

ePROVIDE™’s clients are offered multiple features:

• A personalized access,
• The ability to subscribe online to the specific services available from the ePROVIDE™ platform,
• The ability to manage these subscriptions online directly from the client account,
• A collaborative space through which collaborators can link up,
• One unique access for all database content (PROQOLID™, PROLABELS™ and PROINSIGHT™), including a cross-database search engine, allowing searches per type of content, if needed,
• The possibility to request COA licensing and COA information searches directly from client accounts

The following information on COAs can be found with the services available from the ePROVIDE™ platform:

• Existing translations, how they were developed (i.e., translation certificates), and how they are distributed,
• Copyright holders,
• The existence (or not) of an exclusivity of translation,
• Information on COA labeling claims,
• Information on published regulatory recommendations concerning the use of COAs,
• And more…

Researchers or sponsors willing to develop an endpoint strategy or those requesting for more information about existing COA labeling claims in a specific therapeutic area or indication,  or those searching for the adequate measure for their study, the three databases available from ePROVIDE™ help in identifying the right outcomes by providing access to:

The ePROVIDE™ platform combines the data of the three databases. Therefore it enables users to search and cross-check all information available. For instance:

• Therapeutic areas (based on MeSH)
• Therapeutic indications (based on MeSH)
• Type of outcome assessment
• Acronym of instruments
• Full name of instruments
