Getting Started

New Users

Create your client account, it's free!

You need to submit a request, download a questionnaire, or subscribe to a database?

Setting up your client account is free and will take a few minutes.
Note: If your organization subscribes to ePROVIDE™, please refer to the 'Subscribers' heading below.

Step 1: Your Personal Profile

Complete and submit the registration form.
You will receive an email with a link to validate your address. Once your email address is validated, proceed with step 2.

Step 2: Your Client Account

Go to My Client Account.

  • If you or your organization do not have a client account: Click on Create a Client Account.
  • If your organization is already a subscriber: Click on Join a Client Account. You will be asked an invite code. See the 'Subscribers' heading below for more information.

I did not receive the validation link by email

Please check that emails sent by ePROVIDE™ are not blocked by your anti-spam agent.

Subscribers

My company is a subscriber. How do I get affiliated?

Note that a 16-character invite code is required to join your company’s client account. If this code has not been shared with you, please contact your organization.

This tutorial will guide you through the process.

Please note that affiliation is not immediate. You will be notified when yours has been accepted by your account administrator. You can then start using the website.

I am account administrator

If your organization has an on-going subscription and you are appointed as account administrator please follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Invite other users

Log in and go to My Client Account.
Click on Manage Members.
An invite code is displayed. Share it with other members of your organization so they can register and affiliate.

Step 2: Accept other users

You will be notified by email once a user applies the invite code.
Go back to Manage Members. Tick the box Accept Member for each user you want to grant access and customize their rights by checking the appropriate services.

Click Save to validate your choices!

My Requests

I’m only interested in information at this point. Do I have to submit a request?

Yes. If you haven’t found the needed information on ePROVIDE™, please submit your request online, even if you’re unsure whether you will use the questionnaire.

Our online request management ensures that you receive an optimized service.

However if you do not receive any funding for your study, you may directly download the questionnaire without submitting a request. See the 'Online Distribution' heading below.

Do I have to pay?

Submitting a request is completely free of charge. It does not commit you to purchasing a questionnaire.

Once you’ve decided to use a questionnaire, license fees may apply. The PROVIDE team member in charge of your request will provide you with additional information.

How do I submit a request?

  • First, make sure you have registered and fully completed your client account
  • Go to My PROVIDE Requests
    • For any usual request: Click New Request (Ad-Hoc)
    • If you have a PROVIDE™ subscription and want to use that budget: Click New Request (Subscription)
  • Complete and submit the request form. You may attach documents if need be.

I do not see any 'Submit' button on the request form

Users may encounter displaying issues with older versions of their web browser. Should you not view any 'Submit' button, please submit the form by pressing the ENTER key after you’ve filled the required fields.

How do I track my requests?

You will be notified by email when the status of your request changes.
This status can also be viewed in My ePROVIDE > My PROVIDE Requests.

Online Distribution

Can I download a questionnaire from ePROVIDE™?

You can download a questionnaire directly from ePROVIDE™ if the following conditions are met:

  • The questionnaire is distributed online by Mapi Research Trust
  • You are an academic user and do not receive specific funding for your study
  • Or you intend to use the questionnaire in individual clinical practice or research study

Should you not correspond to this category of users, please submit a request.

I meet the above conditions. How do I download a questionnaire?

Please first register and set up your client account on ePROVIDE™ (How to create an account)

Once your client account is set up, proceed with these instructions to download a questionnaire.

My subscriptions

How do I subscribe?

Log in, go to Subscriptions in the website menu and click on Subscribe. Please note that you need a client account to subscribe online.

How do I check my credits?

Click on the € icon in the website header.

How do I renew my subscriptions?

Go to My ePROVIDE>My Subscriptions. Then click on Renew Subscription.

My orders

How do I track my orders?

You will be notified by email when the status of your order changes.
This status can also be viewed in My ePROVIDE>My Orders.

My History

Can I go back to previously viewed content?

To view your browsing history, go to My ePROVIDE>My Profile, and scroll down to My History.

Will I be debited?

You can view the same content several times within one session without being debited.

Changing my details

How do I modify my details (address, login, password)?

You can change your contact details, email address and password by editing My ePROVIDE>My Profile section.

Note that changing your email address will suspend your access rights until your account administrator resets them.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on the login icon. Then click on Forgot your password? Enter your email address. A reset link will be sent to you.

I did not receive the reset link by email.
