A condensed version, Health Related Productivity Questionnaire Diary (HRPQ-D), is also available

Versions for HRPQ-MS and HRPQ-ASMD are available.

Licensees can create disease-specific versions of the HRPQ and HRPQ-D by inclusion of the disease state name. Examples include versions for multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, osteoarthritis, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia and ulcerative colitis.
