The standard version described here assesses the 30 most common and clinically relevant disorders or disorder subtypes in pediatrics mental health. Other versions are available: the MINI Kid Screen uses only the screening questions; the MINI Kid for Psychotic Disorders Studies, the MINI Kid with Tobacco Use Disorder Module and the MINI Kid for Suicidality Disorders Studies have a more detailed set of questions to differentiate between different subtypes of corresponding disorder; the MINI Kid Tracking yields a quantitative score that can be used to monitor treatment response over time.
